New Year! New You! Every winter, the holiday eating season sets in. We become less active and eat more than we normally would in a day, at one meal. So if you are starting to feel like the foods you have been eating this holiday, WE CHALLENGE YOU… Starting Monday, January 6th, 2014, to start the New Year, New You Challenge. This is not your momma’s diet plan! This will be a 6-week challenge to inspire you to get healthy to reach your own goals. If you want to get in better shape, look cute in a bikini at spring break, loose a few pounds, or just feel better overall, this challenge will kick-start you into action! We will not be doing weigh-in’s, measure-in’s or calorie counting! You don’t have to buy anything to participate either since we aren’t advocating for any particular products! All you have to do is be 10% healthier and we have a guide and resources to inspire you! Using all of our social media platforms, we will be posting recipes, workouts, articles, research, and so much more (see the links below). To make this fun, we created a contest. There will be awesome prizes raffled off at the end of the 6 weeks! To enter, you will check off the boxes on the checklist. Each checked box is worth 1 raffle ticket. Checklists are available in the office or you can print from here. Be honest!
